How to purchase report credits for CRIMECAST Reports

You can purchase report credits at any time directly within the platform. Follow these steps:

After logging in to your account, select the Purchase Credits option from the dropdown menu at the top right of the screen under the Username.

Select the number of purchase credits to buy for Basic, Premium and Premium Plus reports. Select the UPDATE CART button to add the quantity of purchase credits to your order summary. 

Note: The button will depress after it has been selected, and the quantity input is correct, as shown in the screenshot below. 

Select the PROCEED button to continue:

Fill in the Billing Address and Payment Method fields. Apply any Promo Codes (if applicable) and select the CONFIRM PURCHASE button to purchase the credits.
