Updating and Managing CRIMECAST Users
After logging in to CRIMECAST, click on the Account User Button in the top right corner of
the screen that displays the Username in capital letters.
Select the Manage Account button from the dropdown menu.
To add a User, click the ADD
USER + button.
To edit a User, Click on the Profile, Payment Info and Groups/Permissions tabs to make and save changes.
Once done making edits to the User profile, hit SAVE USER
CHANGES at the bottom of the screen.
To add a User, fill in their Email address.
Optional: Add Name, Phone Number, Department and Title.
Once the required email address and other optional components of the User profile are completed, clicking the SAVE USER & SEND WELCOME EMAIL Button will send the User a welcome email and link to the CRIMECAST to log in.
